Juice production line is to squeeze the fresh fruit, and then through a series of processing procedures such as sterilization, finally filling and packaging. The whole line includes fresh fruit processing system, fruit juice processing system, fruit juice post packaging system, pure water production system for fruit juice blending and other auxiliary equipment.
Juice products include: clarified juice, pulp juice, pure juice, blended juice, FNC juice, etc. Moreover, the original fruit is diversified, and the processing method is also different. Our company can customize all types for customers.
After centrifugation, standardization, homogenization, sterilization and cooling, the whole process is seamless. This production line project, customers can choose to do UHT high temperature milk, pasteurized milk, lactic acid bacteria drinks, yogurt drinks, etc. The packaging is diversified and can be customized according to the demand.

The processing equipment includes fresh mango flashing machine, crushing and de nucleating machine, juicer, filter and enzyme sterilizer. The whole project is connected by pipeline and lifting system for automatic processing, and can process a variety of fruits. It can be customized according to customer requirements.

Food grade stainless steel, with heating jacket and liquid level gauge, with operating platform, can customize all kinds of mixing paddles and motors. It is mainly used for mixing juice, sugar and other additives, and for quantitative addition of water.
