This is a turnkey project for a stirred yogurt production line, which has been delivered to customers in Vietnam in 2022. We have designed this multi packaging product production line based on the customer's actual situation and financial situation. As the customer is new to the food industry and has no knowledge of this, we not only assist them in developing production line plans, equipment installation, debugging, and employee training, but our engineers also help them prepare yogurt formulas until they officially produce the yogurt products they want.

The production line project has been delivered to the Hong Kong customer in 2022. Due to the local government's lack of support for the use of boilers and high factory costs. We have developed and designed an entire production line for our client, which uses electric heating and minimizes the use of electricity as much as possible. In terms of equipment installation, we help customers minimize space utilization as much as possible. Our engineers have designed a compact equipment layout for the customer.

This project was installed in 2021 and is located in Bangkok, Thailand. We have assisted our clients in designing two production lines for water, one for bottled purified water and one for bottled blended fruit flavored beverages. These three lines share a set of RO bipolar water treatment units, greatly saving equipment costs and occupying factory space. And our RO water treatment equipment has helped customers solve their problem of poor raw water quality, and the production efficiency has reached over 97%.

The client of this project is a leading enterprise in Thailand specializing in the production of liquid food. Due to its excellent market performance, the client has decided to renovate and upgrade the existing carbonated juice production line. In this project, we provide our customers with a fully automatic blending system and sterilization system for 20 tons of carbonated fruit juice per hour. The customer previously used sterilization equipment from other Chinese suppliers, but occasionally experienced inaccurate sterilization temperatures and uncontrollable flow rates. Therefore, we have designed a fully automatic tubular sterilizer specifically for the customer, which can be directly used for inflated fruit juice, with precise temperature control within ± 1 ℃ and no gas escape. So far, this high-capacity sterilization equipment has not encountered any quality or after-sales issues.

This project was delivered to a Nigerian client in 2019. We have designed a multifunctional production line for our clients to produce different types and flavors of ice cream, including fruit flavored popsicles, stick ice cream, and cup ice creams. These different types of production lines share a fully automatic mixing system and a fully automatic aging system, which greatly reduces investment and land costs while producing a wide variety of ice cream.

As the project is located in Malta, Malta is a small island country with a small population. So we helped our clients design this multifunctional small-scale production line for products such as fruit juice, fruit jam, and mayonnaise. The designed production capacity is 500kg per hour, and all equipment can be applied to high viscosity products such as mayonnaise as well as liquid products such as fruit juice. Greatly helped customers solve the problem of small space and small investment budget.

This project has been delivered to the Ecuadorian client in 2023. The customer wants to produce fresh milk with a long shelf life, so we have designed a aseptic series of processing equipment for the customer, mainly including ordinary aseptic tubular UHT sterilization machines and high-purity aseptic bag packaging machines. Not only is there no problem with the shelf life, but it also greatly saves customers investment costs.
