Flashing heads
Connected directly to a pure water supply, the spring-loaded flushing heads rotate bottles 180° along the track to thoroughly clean the interior. The nozzles are arranged in a quincunx pattern with multiple holes, ensuring complete coverage of the bottle bottom angles for efficient washing.
Filling heads
Equipped with high-precision 304/316 stainless steel filling nozzles, the system allows fine-tuned volume adjustment to maintain consistent liquid levels. Using Italian-inspired technology, it operates on a gravity low-vacuum filling principle with a two-stage valve opening mechanism to achieve full liquid level filling.
Capping heads
1. The system features an electromagnetic capping head with placement and torque control, reducing bottle impact during capping.
2. All components in contact with the product are made of 304/316 stainless steel.
3. Capping only occurs when a bottle is present.
4. Automatic stoppage is triggered in case of bottle shortage.
5. Capping performance is consistent and reliable, with a defect rate ≤ 0.2%.
