However, cheese is more concentrated than yogurt, resulting in a solid food with a denser nutritional profile and higher content of essential nutrients such as protein and calcium.
The Weishu cheese production line comprises a full set of equipment, including a fresh milk storage tank, milk filter, pasteurizer, cheese vat, cheese pressing machine, curd processing table, and cheese cutter. Optional packaging machinery is also available to provide a complete and automated solution.
