It is designed to process a variety of concentrated fruit and vegetable products such as strawberry jam, blackberry jam, blueberry jam, raspberry jam, apple jam, mango jam, apricot jam, carrot jam, onion jam, and chili jam.
This machine consists of a water tank, blower, bucket elevator, water holes, spray pipes, and water pump. Its structure is simple and efficient. By installing an air pipe inside the water tank, fruits are made to roll continuously upon entry, ensuring thorough removal of surface dirt. This design improves cleaning effectiveness, increases work efficiency, and reduces manual labor requirements.
Pulping machine
Used for pulping fresh fruits and vegetables while separating nuts, seeds, and skins, this machine converts fruit pulp into juice. By changing screens of various specifications and adjusting the scraper’s lead angle, different pulping speeds can be achieved to meet specific processing needs.
Vacuum concentrator
The double-effect concentrator includes two heaters, two evaporation chambers, a condenser, and liquid receiving tanks. It ensures high efficiency, cleanliness, energy savings, and a long service life. The unit delivers high-quality concentrated products with stable consistency.
