The entire process—from centrifugation, standardization, and homogenization to sterilization and cooling—is seamless and integrated. Fruit juice processing line
Processing equipment comprises a fresh fruit flash sterilizer, crushing and de-seeding machine, juicer, filter, and enzyme inactivation sterilizer. The entire system is connected via pipelines and lifting mechanisms for fully automated operation and supports multiple fruit types. Customization is available based on customer requirements.
This unit utilizes a combination of external heating natural circulation and vacuum negative pressure evaporation to rapidly remove a portion of the water content from fruit juice, achieving effective concentration.
UHT tubular sterilizer
Sterilization is performed prior to product filling to ensure quality and extend shelf life. The equipment features automatic control over sterilization temperature and duration, with materials processed in a closed-loop system to prevent secondary contamination.
