Introduction of tubular uht sterilizer
The main structure of the Weishu UHT sterilizer comprises several key sections: a heat regeneration segment for cold and hot materials, a preheating section, a sterilization and holding zone, and a final cooling stage. The entire sterilization procedure is fully automated, with the target sterilization temperature easily adjustable via the human-machine interface. During operation, the temperature stability is exceptional, with variations in the sterilization temperature controlled within ±0.5°C. The unit includes a versatile pressure balance tank, which serves to buffer product flow, allows for product recirculation during processing, and can also function as a CIP (Cleaning-In-Place) tank after production runs.
Our strengths:
Customized to meet specific user requirements
Capable of producing a diverse range of products on a single line
Ensures superior product quality while retaining essential nutrients
Enables precise addition and blending of flavoring agents
Effectively extends the product's shelf life
High output capacity with minimal product loss
Incorporates advanced technology for reduced energy consumption
Offers various milk standardization configurations based on customer preference
Flexible customization of juice types, packaging formats, and automation levels according to client needs.
