Automatic on-site cleaning is adopted, that is, the water and washing liquid used for washing are circulated in closed circuit in the pipeline and production line of the equipment, and it is unnecessary to disassemble the equipment. CIP is widely used in food and beverage manufacturing enterprises with a high degree of mechanization, such as beverages, dairy products, fruit juice, fruit pulp, jam and wine. On site cleaning does not need to disassemble or move the device. It uses detergent and washing water to wash the internal surface of the equipment with high-speed liquid flow to form a mechanical action to wash away the dirt. It is effective for cleaning pipes, pumps, heat exchangers, separators and valves.
